As is well known, water rescue sonar is crucial in the field of emergency rescue. Deep sea black technology debut: sonar equipment breaks through limits, redefining underwater detection

At this exhibition, Bohai Shenheng will focus on showcasing its multi beam forward-looking imaging sonar series and high-resolution environmental scanning sonar series. Two new products with pressure resistance of up to 1500 meters and 4000 meters will be unveiled for the first time, featuring advantages such as multi frequency switching, ultra long forward-looking, and high-definition imaging. They are designed specifically for underwater emergency, salvage, navigation, and other scenarios in complex deep-water environments.

Forward looking sonar technology is widely used in underwater resource exploration, underwater environmental monitoring, fishery resource investigation, underwater pipeline investigation, underwater bridge structure evaluation, salvage and rescue, as well as collision avoidance and navigation of underwater vehicles.

 

1、 Deep sea 1500 meters, domestically produced titanium alloy forward-looking sonar

 

The independently developed pressure resistant 1500 meter multi beam forward-looking imaging sonar launched by Bohai Shenheng breaks through the bottleneck of deep-sea exploration technology with high-performance domestic equipment. The sonar is made of aerospace grade titanium alloy material and designed with ultra deep pressure resistance and lightweight, covering a working depth of 1500 meters, significantly improving its pressure resistance performance. It is suitable for various operating platforms such as unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) and deep-sea robots; At the same time, based on 750KHz and 1.2MHz dual frequency technology, dual frequency high-precision imaging is achieved, achieving centimeter level resolution of underwater terrain, precise positioning of strategic resources such as polymetallic nodules and combustible ice, greatly improving exploration efficiency, redefining deep-sea exploration standards, and assisting in national energy security and the construction of a maritime power.

 

2、 BHQ-1200d multi beam forward-looking sonar

 

The BHQ-1200d multi beam forward-looking sonar is an advanced device that integrates high precision, real-time imaging, and multifunctionality. It adopts cutting-edge multi beam imaging technology and can quickly and accurately obtain high-density banner terrain data underwater through wide-angle transmission and multi-channel directional reception, significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of underwater operations. In terms of performance, it supports 512 beams, achieving high-resolution and fast imaging, and can capture delicate underwater target details; Equipped with dual frequency bands of 1.2MHz and 2.1MHz, it can be flexibly switched as needed, with a maximum detection range of 40 meters (1.2MHz) and 10 meters (2.1MHz), suitable for different water conditions; Its compact and sturdy industrial design not only facilitates installation on various underwater robots and underwater infrastructure, but also enables dynamic underwater inspection and fixed-point monitoring, demonstrating strong environmental adaptability.

3、 BHQ-750d multibeam imaging sonar

 

BHQ-750d is also a real-time high-resolution multibeam forward-looking sonar that can be applied to complex and variable water environments. It can quickly detect and recognize targets, and provide collision avoidance, obstacle detection, and other functions for underwater vehicles. It has high resolution, fast imaging speed, and large volume? Lightweight, low power consumption, and easy to install? Waiting for performance advantages.

Differently, compared to the BHQ-1200d multibeam forward-looking sonar, the BHQ-750d multibeam forward-looking sonar has taken the observable distance, detection angle, and pressure resistant depth to a higher level. Its maximum observable distance can reach 120 meters, and the detection angle of both frequency bands can reach 130 °. The pressure resistant depth has been expanded from the original 300 meters to 500 meters. This also means that the BHQ-750d multi beam forward-looking sonar can be applied to wider water areas, achieving the search for long-distance targets, and applied in multiple fields such as aquaculture, marine engineering, water conservancy engineering, scientific research, salvage and rescue.

 

Sonar assists the Blue Sky Rescue Team, saving lives every second

In January 2024, Bohai Shenheng established a deep strategic cooperation with the Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Team in Jiangbei District, Ningbo City. Since the first cooperation, its sonar equipment has participated in multiple search and rescue missions for drowning targets, becoming the "efficiency artifact" of rescue teams.
